• Quiz responses: your answers to the four-question quiz (time available, budget, technical comfort, timeline), used only to route you to a recommended path (DIY or DFY) and, if you consent, to personalize follow-up communication.
• Usage data: which training modules you watch, how far you get, and whether you complete the quiz or book a call, so we can send relevant follow-up (see our re-engagement communications) and improve the training.
• Payment information: if you purchase a paid Service, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the free training and any paid Services you purchase
• To send you the training modules, quiz results, booking confirmations, and related transactional communication
• To send re-engagement follow-up if you start but do not finish the training, complete the quiz without booking, or book a call that doesn't convert — capped at 3 automated touches per the sequence described to our team internally, after which automated outreach stops

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your quiz responses or training progress with anyone outside our own team and the service providers listed below.
