Refund Policy

This policy covers the $10,000 Channel Launch and the $500/month Growth Retainer. We wrote this policy to be specific on purpose — this business is built to be the honest alternative to "done for you" offers that take a large payment and disappear, and a vague refund policy would undercut that. Read this before you pay.

1. Channel Launch (one-time $10,000 fee)

The Channel Launch fee covers real, itemized work: niche and monetization-viability research, full channel branding, 20 produced videos, a compliance pre-check, and a 60-day upload calendar. Because this work begins immediately upon payment and is substantially delivered within the engagement:

• Before any work begins (i.e., before niche research is delivered): full refund available within [WINDOW — insert before publish, e.g. 3 business days] of payment.
• After work has begun but before the 20 launch videos are delivered: a partial refund is available, calculated as the $10,000 fee minus the value of work already completed and delivered to you (research, branding assets, and any videos already produced), at the itemized rates shown on the offer page.
• After all 20 launch videos are delivered: the Channel Launch fee is non-refundable. The deliverable — a fully branded, monetization-ready channel with 20 produced videos — has been provided in full at that point, regardless of the channel's subsequent view count, subscriber growth, or ad revenue, none of which we guarantee (see our Terms of Service, Section 1).

2. Growth Retainer ($500/month)

The Growth Retainer is billed monthly in advance for that month's work: 8 new videos, a performance report, and thumbnail/title testing.

• You may cancel at any time with [NOTICE PERIOD — insert before publish, e.g. 15 days] written notice before your next billing date. You will not be billed for the following month.
• Once a monthly billing cycle has started and production work for that month is underway, that month's fee is non-refundable — the same logic as the Launch fee: you are paying for real, ongoing production work, not a result.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed 8 videos and performance report in a given month due to an error or delay on our end, that month is refunded in full or credited toward the next month, your choice.

3. What This Policy Does Not Cover

This policy does not cover dissatisfaction with your channel's performance, view count, subscriber growth, or advertising revenue. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee any specific result, because YouTube's algorithm, advertiser demand, and platform policy are outside anyone's control — including ours. If a company promises you a specific income figure as part of a refund guarantee, that is a warning sign, not a reason to trust them (see Module 6 of the free training for the enforcement history behind that warning).

4. Free Training and Quiz

The free training and quiz are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund.

5. How to Request a Refund
